What we collect, why, and how you stay in control of your information.
What we collect
- Booking and enquiry details: name, mobile number, email, city, dates, number of guests and any requests you write.
- At the property: a copy or record of each adult's photo ID, as required by law for hotel guest registers.
- Payments: handled entirely by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and reference — we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Chat messages you send to our website assistant.
- Technical data: your IP address (for security and spam protection) and, if analytics are enabled, anonymised usage statistics.
Why we use it
To handle your booking or enquiry, contact you about your stay, send your confirmation and voucher, meet legal and tax requirements, keep the website secure, and — only with your agreement — tell you about offers.
Cookies and local storage
We use a session cookie (needed for forms and booking), a language cookie (English / हिंदी), and store your accessibility choices on your own device. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics / Meta Pixel) are used only if enabled on this site.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share only what is needed with our service providers — Razorpay (payments), our email and hosting providers — and with government authorities where the law requires (for example the police guest register).
How long we keep it
Booking and invoice records: 8 years (tax law). Enquiries and chats that did not become bookings: up to 2 years. Website security logs: up to 90 days.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing. Contact us using the details on our Contact page; we reply within 30 days.
