The terms that apply when you book a stay with us.
Your booking
- A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or message with a booking ID.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Room rates are per room per night; GST is shown separately at checkout and on your voucher.
- Online bookings require an advance payment (shown at checkout); the balance is payable at check-in by cash, card or UPI.
- Rooms are allocated on arrival. Specific room numbers or views are requests, not guarantees.
- The number of guests may not exceed the room's stated maximum occupancy, including extra beds.
Cancellations
Cancellations, date changes and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
At the property
Guests agree to follow our House Rules. We may refuse or end a stay, without refund, in case of unlawful behaviour, serious disturbance to other guests, or failure to provide valid ID.
Liability
We take reasonable care of our guests and property but are not liable for loss of unattended valuables, or for delays and disruption caused by weather, road closures, power cuts or other events outside our control.
Website
We work to keep rates, availability and photos accurate; in the rare case of an obvious pricing error we will contact you before your stay to correct it or cancel with a full refund.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Shimla, Himachal Pradesh have jurisdiction.
